A development practitioner and change maker with strong presence in important student movements of Orissa and India those lead to important policy changes in education sector.  A familiar name among development professionals as a teacher, orator, writer, critic, philosopher of development changes and media initiatives. Having great hope and trust on inclusive growth of poor and development for human prosperity   without the cost of environment. Rich experience in the fields of development such as inclusion of appropriate technology for development changes; application of ICT in poverty reduction; mainstreaming gender equity, disaster management, and food & livelihood security at grassroots level.
